Simply try to end with more items on your gratitude list
2. Don’t “Should” Yourself: almost self-explanatory
Essentially, if you feel you “should” be grateful for something
But simply cannot muster-up the energy, move onto the next item
3. Do Remember it’s like Broccoli: is broccoli healthy for you?
Yes, but is it healthy for you all the time, all day long??
