My name is Sarah Shellard, and I’m the author of the Daily Glimmers Gratitude Journal. This journal is a simple and effective tool for developing a gratitude practice. It incorporates the use of “glimmers”, or small moments of joy, in order to feel more thankful for beautiful day-to-day occurrences that often go unseen.

For example, a warm cup of coffee in your hands, a smile from a stranger, or fuzzy socks on a cold morning. Glimmers are accessible to anyone and everyone, and sharing this concept has allowed me to spread joy to others.

As a young working professional, I found that it was easy to get caught up in the non-stop hustle of daily life. Slowing down and noticing small moments of gratitude helped me find a path towards fulfillment and happiness. I started to notice that the more I journaled, the more glimmers I mindfully experienced!
